The Hunter Telephone Collection represents a 32 year passion of Will and the other contributors to preserve and maintain telecommunications equipment for enjoyment well into the future.
With over 1000 telephones, Switchboards and PABXs in the collection, the breadth of the collection is extensive. There are in the collection over 100 varients of the 800/8000 series phone distributed and maintained by Telecom, manufactured by STC and AWA in Australia. Within the collection are the smallest intercom systems (1/2) up to large Ericsson MD110 PABXs that can be expanded to 650000 lines.
Stay tuned as more photographs and videos are loaded as the museum progresses in its curation.
